About Craft

Bidri is a 500-year-old craft from Bidar, known for its silver inlay on a deep black surface. This distinctive finish is created through a specialized oxidation process using soil from the Bidar fort. Recognized with a Geographical Indication (GI) tag, Bidri craft is protected for its unique origin and heritage.
